If you do not hear audio, click the Audio button at the bottom of the video window, choose Leave Computer Audio, and then choose Join Audio by Computer.

Alternatively, you can use the call in number listed, or choose Audio --> Phone Call and call one of the numbers listed.

Please make sure you mute your microphone/phone and disable your camera/webcam.
