Explores the issur of "bal tosif" – the prohibition of adding on to the Mitzvos. We will discuss the parameters of this issur,  such as adding a fifth parsha to tefillin, an extra bracha to Birchas Kohanim, and the creation of a new Mitzvah  as well.
