Focusing on the concept of Mitzvah HaBa’ah B’Aveirah - a mitzvah which is performed through transgressing an aveirah. Also discusses the parameters of this concept, such as: 

• Does it depend on the type of mitzvah?
• Does this apply when the aveirah facilitates the performance of the mitzvah but is not part of the actual mitzvah? (ex. Stealing a lulav in order to be able to fulfill the mitzvah of arba minim)
• Does this apply when the aveirah in not an integral part of the actual performance of the mitzvah, or only when the same action is simultaneously both a mitzvah and an aveirah?  (ex. Lighting Shabbos candles after the z’man)
