This booklet continues to explore the sugya of Bal Tosif. We discuss whether the repetition of a Mitzvah is considered Bal Tosif (i.e. Shofar, Birchas Kohanim).  We will also discuss whether it is considered Bal Tosif if one adds to a Mitzvah in order to be sure that he did it right,  such as Tefillin on Chol Hamoed, Rabbenu Tam Tefillin, Sukkah on Shemini Atzeres, etc.  Also discussed is whether saying Shema after the z'man is considered a transgression of Bal Tosif.
