This week’s limud serves as a sequel to the previous sugya. We will once again explore the reasoning behind the p’tur of mikalkel (doing a melachah for a destructive purpose), and whether this exemption includes the Melachos of Chovel  and Mav'ir. As discussed in the previous choveres, this exception may be based upon the fundamental machlokes of melacha she’einah tzricha l’gufah. In this final choveres of mikalkel, we will focus on the opinion of Tosfos in this matter, and explain why he argues with Rashi.
