Focuses on the halachic requirement to make Kiddush over a cup of wine, and explores the various shitos in the Rishonim discussing whether this requirement is Min haTorah.  Also discussed is whether one can still fulfill his main obligation without wine, such as through Tefilla or eating challah.  Also examines the stipulation that Yetzias Mitzraym must be mentioned during Kiddush over wine, and how this affects other forms of Kiddush.
