Glorifiying Mitzvos -2   

Discusses whether the chiyuv of hiddur is min hatorah or m’drabanan. Also discusses how much one is obligated to spend in order to enhance and beautify a mitzva, including the assets, income, and other factors he should consider when calculating the amount. We will learn whether differences exist for those who are more affluent, and those who cannot even afford to spend on the minimal requirements for hiddur.  The practical instances of Halacha L’maaseh are also explored.
