Focuses on the sugya of Tumas Hameis, specifically regarding Tzadikim who have passed away. We begin with various Gemoras that seem to indicate that Kohanim were present at the funerals of several Gedolei Hador. The Rishonim debate as to whether or not this is an indication that the bodies of Tzadikim are not Metamei. We also touch upon the general concept of why death causes Tumah and why Tzadikim may be excluded from this Tumah. Included is the well-known story mentioned in the piyut recited on Yom Kippur about the Asara Harugei Malchus, which tells how R. Yishmael Kohen Gadol held the head of R.
