Discusses the chiyuv of Ner Chanuka. We discuss whether the obligation is on every Jew to light the menorah (similar to lulav and esrog), or is the obligation on every house to have a menorah lit there (similar to the chiyuv of mezuzah) - or perhaps a combination of both. We explore various Rishonim and Achronim and the nafka minah between them.
