Focuses on the mitzvah of Tosefes Shabbos V’Yom Tov- adding time to the beginning and ending of Shabbos and Yom Tov.  We discuss the source of this obligation,  and will also discuss if this added time is an extension of Shabbos itself, or if it is an independent unit of time.
