Addresses the concept
that one who is “involved” in one mitzvah is exempt from another mitzvah, and discusses when exactly this principle applies, and when it does not. For
example, one who is wearing tzitzis or tefillin is not exempt from all other
mitzvos. We will also explore situations where one is not obligated to do
the mitzvah even if it would not distract him from the first mitzvah, since
Hashem does not expect us to do two things at once.
