Explores the general principle of Safek Brachos L’hakel.  Included in this limud is the scenario where one is unsure as to whether he has recited the bracha or not, whether he is required to make a bracha, etc.  We will also discuss the various exceptions to this rule, such as those Brachos that are min Hatorah or those related to Tefilah . Also discussed is whether one is prohibited to recite a Bracha when he has a safek (as it may constitute a Bracha l'Vatala), or whether he is merely not obligated to do so.
