This Sugya discusses the Halachos that apply when reposting Mezuzahs after they were taken down to be checked (as discussed in our previous Sugya).

The question arises: does one make a new Bracha when the Mezuzah is reposted?  The Acharonim debate this – and discuss whether it is similar to other situations where one stops doing a mitzvah for a short time and then resumes.  Examples include:   removing one’s Tallis to eat a seudah and then putting it back on to wear it home, removing one’s Tefillin to use the bathroom and then putting them back on, leaving the Sukkah and returning, etc.
