Focuses on the sugya of Chadash in our times. Discusses the status of chadash grown in the field of a non-Jew, and whether the issur of chadash is relevant in chutz la’aretz.  Also explores the reasons why some communities in chutz la’aretz are lenient in regard to the issur of chadash, including the opinion of contemporary Sephardic poskim.
