Discusses the parameters of the Chalav Akum prohibition. The Gemara explains that this g'zeira was enacted because of concerns that a non-Jew may mix non-Kosher milk with Kosher milk. Specifically, we will discuss the debate among the Rishonim and Poskim as to whether Chalav Akum, milk from cows milked by non-Jews, still applies when there is no concern that non-kosher ingredients may have been added.  We will explore the ruling of the Pri Chadash and others who rule leniently, in contrast to the Aruch Hashulchan, Chochmas Adam, and Chasam Sofer who rule stringently.
